Ratification by Lesotho of the Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property (Paris, 14 November 1970)

On 17 July 2013, Lesotho deposited with the Director-General its instrument of ratification of the Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property.

In accordance with the terms of Article 21, the Convention entered into force with respect to Lesotho three months after the deposit of the instrument of ratification, that is to say on 17 October 2013.
