Board of Directors: Filippa Marullo Anzalone

Professor Filippa Marullo Anzalone is the Associate Dean for Library & Technology Services at Boston College Law School.  She teaches an Art Law Seminar and a Seminar for the Law School’s Semester in Practice Program.  Professor Anzalone has taught Advanced Legal Research.  Before becoming Boston College Law School’s Associate Dean for Library and Technology Services in August 2002, Professor Anzalone was at Northeastern University School of Law School for eleven years.  Professor Anzalone has published many articles, book chapters, book reviews and opinion pieces.  She has been an active member of both Law School and University committees.  Professor Anzalone has served as a panelist and chaired several programs at AALL and AALS conferences.  She has participated in a number of accreditation site evaluation teams. Professor Anzalone has chaired the AALS Section on Libraries, the AALS Committee on Libraries and Technology, and the ALL-SIS Executive Board.  She is also a former LLNE President.  Professor Anzalone received an A.B. from Smith College in Art in 1975, a M.S.L.S. from Simmons College Graduate School of Library Science in 1977, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1985.
