The International Foundation for Art Research will sponsor an IFAR Evening on The Who, What, Why, and How of the Cultural Property Advisory Committee (CPAC). It will be held at the National Academy in New York on Thursday, April 17th, 6 - 8:30 PM. All three CPAC chairmen since 1990, including the current chairman, Jay Kislak, will be participating. All 6 speakers are current or past CPAC members. This should be a balanced, stimulating, and educational program, which will be open to q&a at the end. The speakers are: Jay Kislak - current Chair; Martin E. Sullivan,former Chair; Jack Josephson, former Chair; Patty Gerstenblith --former Member; Nancy Wilkie - current Member; Kate Fitz Gibbon, former Member.
