Earlier, Neil Brodie and Richard Leventhal gave us a good idea of what’s happening in the field of stolen antiquities. Now we’re going to learn more about the global legal framework used to prosecute people who deal in stolen antiquities. Patty Gerstenblith is Professor of Law and Director of the Program in Cultural Heritage Law at DePaul University. She’s the Founding President of the Lawyers’ Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation. And Patti Gerstenblith explains how the law works…
