It is my pleasure to announce the second Provenance Research Training Program (PRTP) workshop scheduled to take place in Zagreb, Croatia, from March 10-15, 2013.

The workshop is being convened under the aegis of the Croatian Ministry of Culture and with the collaboration of the Croatian State Archives, the Museum Documentation Center, and the Jasenovac Memorial.

The deadline for applications is January 4, 2013.

This international training workshop is sponsored by the European Shoah Legacy Institute (ESLI) and administered with the help of the Claims Conference. It is open to scholars, students, professionals, collectors, dealers, civil servants, researchers, lawyers, paralegals, investigators, and anyone interested in subjects related to cultural plunder, the ethics of collection management practices in the public and private sectors, cultural rights and heritage, methodologies of research and analysis into the ownership histories of cultural objects misappropriated during mass conflicts.
