Bob is a partner in the Litigation Department of Fox Rothschild LLP in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.  Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Bob's legal career was in the public sector having served as an Assistant United States Attorney since 1987.  In 2005, Bob was appointed by the U.S. Department of Justice as a Special Trial Attorney to serve as a national prosecutor with the newly created FBI National Art Crime Team to prosecute international art theft, antiquities smuggling, and fraud in the art and collecting industry.  With the FBI, Bob has been involved in the recovery of more than $150 million worth of stolen art and cultural property.  Bob has been involved in the training of law enforcement agents in the United States, Russia, Belgium, and Peru on criminal law, investigations, and prosecutions.  He was awarded in 2006 the Smithsonian Burke Award for excellence in cultural property protection.
