Jennifer Richman is an attorney with the Northwestern Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Portland,  Oregon.  Much of Ms. Richman's practice focuses on cultural resources and Indian law issues, although she also is involved in environmental, contract, and fiscal law.  Jennifer co-edited the volume Legal Perspectives on Cultural Resources, published by AltaMira Press in December 2004.  Ms. Richman received her B.A. in Anthropology from the  University  of California, Davis; her M.A. in Archaeology from  LaTrobe   University  (Melbourne,  Australia); and, her J.D. from the George Washington School of Law.
